Bill Parker
Bill is president of Delmarva and handles many key accounts. He began his career in the rep business in 1984.
Steve Neubauer
Steve has 30+ years of sales and marketing experience, primarily focused on the local Intelligence Community. Prior to joining Delmarva Engineering in 1999, Steve was Director of Sales and Marketing for APCOM Inc, a position he held for 11 years, until their acquisition by L-3 Communications in 1998.
Craig Wilson
Craig has sales and marketing experience, both domestic and international, having worked for Litton Industries, Merck Corporation, Northrop Grumman, and Iridium Satellite prior to joining Delmarva in 2003. Craig covers key accounts throughout the territory with a focus on US Government Labs, NASA, as well as Tactical Military and commercial communications.
Jake Mertowski
Jake has years of hands-on engineering experience working in industries such as chemical manufacturing, utilities and aerospace & defense. Before joining Delmarva in 2024, Jake worked in notable roles such as a Project Engineer supporting the NASA Wallops Flight Facility Range and as an Integration and Test Engineer with Northrop Grumman’s Launch Vehicles division, supporting its Antares and Pegasus programs.
